The Old Mill House

The Old Mill Annexe

A restored part of the original water mill, features mill memorabilia, two ensuite bedrooms, a spacious kitchen opening onto a patio garden. Full use of grounds and wider amenities included.
The Shepherds Hut

Sleeps 2
Magical shepherds hut right by the river. Bathroom and kitchen, private garden with firepit and undisturbed views.

Although Jacobstowe is located on the Devonshire moor, Bude beach is about 35 minutes drive away, and North Devon and South Devon are just over an hour away by car.
Cornwall is within easy reach down the A30 and the English Riveria towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Paignton are only an hour away by car.
Although we don't have dogs ourselves, we welcome dogs to stay and have dog beds, bowls, and plenty of open space for them to run and enjoy the holiday as much as you do.
